Every year has part of a 53rd week.
A Calendar year is 52 weeks and one day - or 52 weeks and 2 days on a leap
year.
Put another way, it's 13 lunar (4 week) months and one/two days
The 1 day fuzz isn't going to matter - and if it does, just end
with w52,w53
