Try to modify the section below in bacula-dir.conf to
look like this:
# Restricted console used by tray-monitor to get the
status of the director

Password = "bacula-mon-password"
CommandACL = status, .status
CatalogACL = *all*
JobACL = *all*
ClientACL = *all*
StorageACL = *all*
ScheduleACL = *all*

}
