Now that is curious. I never noticed it before. It is probably because we are
not using Chapters -- so it takes the last chapter like thingie (LIST OF
TABLES) and uses it ...
Thanks for mentioning it. Though I don't consider it catastrophic, I'll work
on fixing it ...
