I've updated the instructions to be a bit more logical.  The only supported 
configuration is VC++ 7.1 and VSS, which is what I have and what I build 
with.  

Sorry but anything else, you will need to figure out by yourself.   

As opposed to the Unix version of wx-console which uses wxWidgets 2.6, the 
Windows version continues to use the old wxWidgets 2.4 code as with Bacula 
1.36.x
