I have the same hardware on RH9, here is my bacula-sd config.

  Name = "Autochanger"
  Media Type = VXA2 
  Archive Device = /dev/nst0    # Normal archive device
  Changer Device = /dev/sg0     # Generic SCSI device name
  Changer Command = "/etc/bacula/mtx-changer %c %o %S %a %d"
  Autochanger = yes
  LabelMedia = yes;
  AutomaticMount = yes;
  Spool Directory = /bspool/
  AlwaysOpen = yes;
}

Make sure you get the latest firmware update for the VXA2 Packet Tape
Drive, other wise it will say the tapes are bad when they are not,
intermittenly of course...
