Merci de votre réponse,mais tout le monde du forum qui a une idée sur ce
problème peut m'assister. J'ai bien mis heartbeat interval = 120 s sur le
client,le director et le storage et après avoir testé,le problème se pose
toujours.Nous ne pouvons pas effectuer des backups en ce moment.L'erreur est la
suivante :

Il semblerait qu'un des ?l?ments du r?seau (switch, routeur, firewall etc)
"casse" la connexion tcp entre le client et le storage.
Dans la documentation, il faut chercher l'?l?ment nomm? heartbeat interval et
?ventuellement l'ins?rer
dans les configurations. (dir,storage,client)
