Unless you are running all backups with Accurate mode, that is exactly what 
will happen, because Bacula cannot track deleted files unless Accurate mode 
is turned on during the backups.  If you have Accurate turned on, and the 
file is showing up, it is a bug, but since Accurate is relatively new, it may 
happen.
