The following hosts had an error that is probably caused by a
misconfiguration. Please fix these hosts:

- hp-xxxxxxx (tar:632 tar_process done, err = 0)
- xxxxx (tar:712 Total bytes received: 26)
- laptop-xxxxx (tar:632 tar_process done, err = 0)
- xxxxx-pc (tar:712 Total bytes received: 6)
...would changing to the latest 4.x release fix it?
