My /usr/local/etc/sudoers.d/backuppc is identical to the one on my other
freebsd box:
cat /usr/local/etc/sudoers.d/backuppc
Cmnd_Alias BACKUP=/usr/bin/tar, /usr/local/bin/rsync
backuppc ALL=NOPASSWD:BACKUP
