First, you need to confirm that the next backup is a full backup, because an 
incremental backup will require the previous full. Assuming backup 16 is also a 
full backup, then you can safely rm -rf 15
However, this won't actually get you any space until the daily pool cleanup 
process is completed. This might actually take a number of days if you have 
configured it to only clean part of the pool each day.
