How about a way to decouple the --ignore-times option from the full runs so 
they 
would complete much faster on slow targets?  Perhaps it could be added every so 
many runs or only on weekends or only a certain number each night or something. 
   Also, a 'group' level of inheritance for the config.pl variables would be 
handy, as would some concept of network/virtual host grouping so you could 
limit 
the number of concurrent runs among a specified subset of targets that may 
share 
a limiting resource.
