Hi,
It sounds like you're not logging into your server as a user allowed to
admin backuppc. Have you configured $Conf{CgiAdminUsers} or
$Conf{CgiAdminUserGroup} properly? See

I think most of us on the backuppc list are glad to help when we can, but
