I've modified the Wiki to use basic authentication instead of that
horrible IP authentication hack I created first. If you want access to
it just email me and I'll send you the password (after verifying you've
been subscribed to this list for a reasonable period of time).
Since doing that I also added a section to the XSP guide on XSP
caching, since it is a subject a lot of people ask about, but I don't
think there was ever any documentation on.
