At the time I did it, about 2 years ago, that was not the case. My
initial solution still works so I've lacked the inclination to redo it
in pure XML::LibXML.  Also I haven't been able to get more recent combos
of AxKit/XML::LibXML/XML::LibXSLT to work reliably for me, so I still
have to use the elder solution.
