A little something that might be interesting for anyone who use XPathScript.
I hacked the code of XML::XPathScript (which is itself a fork of the original
XPathScript) to allow the use of XML::LibXML as its xml parser, which results
in -- to put it mildly -- a wee performance boost.
This souped-up XPS is available at http://babyl.dyndns.org/ypathscript .
I've renamed the modules to YPathScript so that people (myself included)
can play with it while keeping the classic XPS intact. The tarfile
also includes yps, a command-line tool quite useful for stylesheet debugging
and offline transformations.
Of course, comments and suggestions are always welcome.
