We have very good experiences with both eWebeditPro and HTMLArea web
based WYSIWYG editors being used for non technical people (your

XIMS can work rather detached from your AxKit server, as the diagram of

are the only two published open source AxKit CMSs, best you grab both
and find out what fits your needs...
