I'm nog using <Files> and that works.
In 1.4.84/5/6 I didn't get it working on a directory or location level,
through Apache::Registry::Filter, as was suggested by someone on the lest.
This required +x on the xml files.

What karma would be required to do that and where would I get the information
to put the information there, other than trial-by-error?
