Go to http://ws.apache.org/axis/index.html, select Installation from the list on the left, and read Step 5.
And after you've read that, consider this sentence (from that section): "After adding new classes or libraries to the Axis webapp, you must restart the webapp. This can be done by restarting your application server, or by using a server-specific mechanism to restart a specific webapp." If you could tell me what I have to do to provide "a server-specific mechanism to restart a specific webapp" is, I'd be much obliged <g>.
