wsdl2java will also generate deploy.wsdd and undeploy.wsdd

We can use wsdl2java to gen our stubs and skeletons and java2wsdl to gen
our
wsdl. Is there anything the will gen our wsdd for us? Unless we're using
jws, we need this descriptor, don't we?
