More Findings,
Aparently this issue had nothing to do with what I described, but with some
sort of bug that makes rampart build X509v1 security tokens even when we
especifically configure x509v3 tokens like this:
<sp:X509Token
sp:IncludeToken="
http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/07/securitypolicy/IncludeToken/AlwaysToRecipient
">
<wsp:Policy>
</sp:WssX509V3Token10>
</wsp:Policy>
</sp:X509Token>
Is there a know work around?
