SOAP Encoding arrays are only used with rpc/encoded. Axis2 doesn't
support rpc/encoded. Switch to Axis 1.3.

irregular. :-( I will try to follow up with the vendor on that.
But Axis 1.3 does support this, huh? I swear I've tried that with no
success. (And this is Axis, not the 1.3 version of Axis2?) I will look
at it again.
