I got an error when trying to upload a service to the Axis2 web application: Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/io/output/DeferredFileOutputStream
It was easily fixed by adding commons-io-1.2.jar to the WEB-INF/lib. You may want to include this jar in the nightly build war file.
