The DocLitBare (and DocLitBare 'minimal') code was upgraded during the CTS
testing.
Further testing revealed some holes, which will be fixed by this defect.
1) Remove the code in the DocLitBare and DocLitBareMinimal marshallers that
checks for null parameters. Null paramters are allowed in this
mode and are marshalled/unmarshalled as xsi:nil values.
2) Added a DocLitBare minimal testcase to ensure the proper execution of the
DocLitBare minimal code.
I will add code changes and test shortly.
