The IBM team did some performance benchmarking and here are some low hanging
fruit that was identiifed.
1) The use of ServiceDescription.getEndpointDescriptions_asCollection is more
performant than the similar method that creates/destroys an array.
2) The meta data detection of holders is using unnecessary intropspection.
3) The construction of Holder objects is using Class.forName, which is slow and
not necessary.
I will have a patch soon.
