First of all, this is a very cool WM :)

Very often, I have issues with windows not being on top when they really
should. For instance, I activate a window, but some are still being
considered on top of it, even though none are set as "on-top" (i.e.
meta-t). Now, I can fix that by focusing the window that is on top, and
refocusing the desired window, and the window that was being displayed
on top erroneously will move backwards. This gets really annoying when I
have to do this for lots of windows.

It most prominently occurs, when I maximize a window. Either by pressing
meta-m, or, another use case: mplayer, vlc, going to fullscreen on
youtube etc.
