This patch adds extended parameters usbvid and usbpid to allow the
specification of the programmer USB vendor ID and product ID for the usbtiny
programmer type. It also updates avrdude.1 (tested) and doc/avrdude.texi
(untested).
Specifying the VID and PID is particularly relevant for the usbtiny programmer
type. The firmware is open-source, encouraging the production of
usbtiny-compatible programmers; other companies, however, are not entitled to
use the usbtiny vendor ID. This combination makes is particularly likely that
there will be a need for the use of the usbtiny programmer type with a variety
of VID/PID pairs.
