Anyway, one issue should be fixed by https://github.com/avocado-framework/avocado/pull/1285, to be applied on top of (not reverted then) PR 1284. Second issue (Failed to mkfs) under investigation.
I'm not convinced about that fix. I'd like to try a `os.umask()` based approach too.
