The problem is that if you configure automake in the source directory
(i.e. ./configure) and then run "make check" some of the tests
fail. Currently they are
install2.test
installsh.test
pr19.test
In fact, the failures are caused by other tests that (erroneously!) copy
install-sh, missing and mkinstalldirs to the test directory.
