Previously ‘automake’ and ‘aclocal’ were handling the case of being
interpreted as a Shell script by using a hack leveraging the fact that
Shell and Perl has a compatible syntax intersection allowing those
scripts to launch ‘perl’ from the shell.

* bin/aclocal.in: Remove cryptic launching hack.
* bin/automake.in: Likewise.
