* runtest.in: Use ${1+"$@"} rather than simply "$@", because the 'set -u'
setting used in the script causes the latter to trigger a spurious error
with the NetBSD 5.1 /bin/sh ("./runtest: @: parameter not set") if there
are no arguments to the test.
