The branch 'msvc-for-branch-1.11' has already been correctly merged into 'branch-1.11' before the 1.11.2 release, and has outlived its purpose (which was that of reworking the new warnings added in the msvc branch so that they wouln't cause unwarrented backward incompatibilities). I've thus removed this branch.
