Can you push your branch for this to a branch in the savannah git? I'd like to take another look at the patches in detail, but why not fix all remaining issues in later patches. Please try not to merge from other branches into this one too much (at the moment), if you don't have to. Thanks. It'd be good to start getting to the meat, i.e., some kind of TAP/subunit support.
