Version 5.9.2 came with GPLv3 in the copying file, so I'm not sure if what is happening is what you guys think is happening. In the meantime, at least libopts.def is labeled GPLv3 so it's misleading to put GPLv2 in the copying file (derivative works and all that.) I hope that helps. Thanks, Deborah
