Documentation for Autotest

Autoconf is using Autotest for its testing.

Autotest is not limited to Autoconf and can be used to produce
portable test suites.  It is a very pleasant framework, and other
packages, imho, should use it.

Should Autotest become part of Autoconf?  

I think so.

Should its documentation get into autoconf.texi?

I think so too, but it is debatable.
