Hi Christian, Happily so; I think it would be better to not expand "CoAP" in the title. Same for RFC9953-to-be.
In my opinion, "CoAP" seems to be doing good with respect to the "well known" checklist at https://www.rfc-editor.org/rpc/wiki/doku.php?id=abbrev_list Also, it has already been expanded in the title of 20+ RFCs.
