Hi, I personally would not rename to update-systemd-resolved because this script *is* really specific to openvpn. Having openvpn in the name makes it easier for people to find it in relation to openvpn packages they might already have, easier to find, etc. That said, I don't have a horse in the race, so whatever.
Like you I've updated the pkgbuild quite a bit, totally fine if you want to maintain it!
