Since this hasn't been rejected, I'll provide some context for Package
Maintainers.
To the best of my knowledge, the package is fine and it builds correctly
on a fresh VM, on my primary system, and in a chroot. The GPG
fingerprint was updated last December when upstream rotated their keys,
there were no more changes as far as I'm aware.
Aside from the initial confusion over the new GPG key, nobody has
reported any issues until this orphan request came out of the blue.
At least one other user has successfully built `units` within the last
few days (see AUR comments). The package was recently updated to fix
compatibility with GCC 15 (forcing every user to rebuild it), and nobody
has reported any GPG issues yet.
By submitting an orphan request, you ask a Package Maintainer to
disown the package base. Please only do this if
None of the following applies:
the package needs maintainer action,
the maintainer is MIA
and you already tried to contact the maintainer previously.
