ROS1 Noetic is reaching its EOL too, and the majority of its libraries
are no longer compatible with Arch Linux, only with Python 3.9 and the
already EOL Ubuntu 20.04 and Qt 5.12.
You keep claiming that Ubuntu 20.04 is EOL, which it is not for another
month. [1] In addition, please refrain from filing deletion requests for
software that is no longer developed, as long as it isn't broken and
still useful.
