Unfortunately I cannot take on any such responsibilities, however minor the necessary contribution might be, due to prohibitive personal duties that involve caring for the health of an elderly family member. I hope you can understand. Maybe in the future you can get back to an Arch machine and push a tested update, or it is possible that someone else from the AUR community will eventually express interest in this package and volunteer to help you out with it.
