NetSysFire [1] filed a deletion request for pcc-cvs [2]: As per the last comment 10 months ago, upstream has unfortunately entirely disappeared. There is not even a ping reply from said URL. There has been a recent deletion request (~4 weeks ago) that targeted the "main" version, pcc, since it also disappeared (roughly the same URL though), for context.
