Unused, unmaintained, now EOL package from 2023. (Upstream's last release was in 2024.) ROS1 (Noetic) is also EOL, and many of its core packages are broken on and not compatible with Arch Linux, only with Python 3.9 and the EOL Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and Qt 5.12.
