Unused EOL resources package. Upstream has ended ROS1 support in mid-2024. ROS1 (Noetic) distribution is now EOL. Many of its packages are broken on and not compatible with Arch Linux, only with Python 3.9 and the EOL Ubuntu 20.04 and Qt 5.12.
