FTR dnsviz upstream is currently incompatible with dnspython, see
https://github.com/dnsviz/dnsviz/issues/161
(It has been like that for a longer time.)
so if you want to make it work now you will need to patch it.
FTR offer of co-maintainership was declined by MarsSeed.
I or my co-maintainer will deal with it once upstream fixes
compatibility issues with dnspython.
