arcanis [1] filed a deletion request for 1pass-hg [2]: upstream is inactive, since the publication of this package better alternatives have appeared, e.g. aur/1password-cli, aur/1password and some intergrations.
In addition, the upstream has changed vcs from hg to git, so the package should be renamed and uploaded again. Considering that it is not really popular software, I rather suggest to remove it [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/arcanis/ [2] https://aur.archlinux.org/pkgbase/1pass-hg/
