Feakster [1] filed a deletion request for ukbprep-bin [2]: I'm fairly convinced that no-one uses this (including myself, since changing jobs). Also, UKB are moving to keep everything on their Amazon cloud environment so they can better micro-transact researchers. Ergo, these are more or less redundant for new UKB data projects.
