HurricanePootis [1] filed a deletion request for open-cobol [2]: open-cobol and gnucobol are packaging the same software. OpenCOBOL was accepted as a GNU project in 2013. Therefore, it seems silly to be packaging the same software twice without any modifications. They also conflict each other as they botch provide `cobc`.
