FabioLolix [1] filed a deletion request for coot-git [2]: Broken since 2019/09/13 when by request of the same maintainer depends clipper have been deleted [PRQ#15963], should have migrated to libclipper. Another missing depends rdkit-python2 have been deleted earlier this year [PRQ#59816], citing 'Not needed anymore' yet is still listed here, again from the same maintainer
