MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl-captcha-recaptcha [2]: EOL since 2016. Defunct: the Google web endpoint it used no longer exists as is (404).
(ReCAPTCHA v1 seems to only be available for enterprise customers and has different endpoint URL than what the public API URL was.)
