MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for shiba-bin [2]: Broken due to unbuildable legacy dependency/chain electron2, or electron2-bin←gconf.
Upstream has not released a new stable binary since 2018. [a] Development in the master branch is still ongoing, so it seems a source-built shiba-git package *might* still be viable to submit to AUR. Also, Electron runs with setuid/setgid (providing a form of passwordless root process execution potential), so the 6-year old Electron2 is extremely insecure and should be avoided.
