Hi. You are then probably looking at https://github.com/ruby/tk/releases where 0.4.0 shows up as latest. However there definitely is 0.5.0 release as seen on https://github.com/ruby/tk/releases/tag/v0.5.0 and https://rubygems.org/gems/tk/versions/0.5.0
